Dr. Pamela Davis

The core of who I am is all about helping people.  I've been an educator for the past 25+ years having served as a teacher, school-based and district-level administrator.  My demonstrated track record attests to my ability to develop teams, evaluate programs, and think strategically about staffing, budgetary decisions, and program design.  Throughout my career, I have worked with at-risk youth and special programs such as alternative education, youth in foster care, homeless youth and Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) programs.  I coached and trained individuals and teams toward meeting department goals and contract deliverables.

I started my own company so that I could continue to carry out my passion of helping and developing people.  With my unique skills both as an educator and training facilitator, I provide my clients with the professional development they need to transform themselves and those around them.
